Elizabeth Caro offers free shipping only within the United States of America on any order. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.

Within the United States of America: By default, domestic orders are shipped via USPS mail service for free with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Please allow 1 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.

Outside the United States of America: By default, International orders are shipped via USPS mail service, without tracking and via UPS service, with tracking. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Checkout page to find estimates based on your location. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. Please note we are not responsible for lost untracked packages due to mishandling by shipping agents worldwide.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
